Order

Ordering with Knit Factory is a speedy and simply process. You can place an order online, or order your product(s) at one of our points of purchase. 

Ordering online

Have you found your product? Then follow the following steps:

Step 1 Shopping cart

By clicking on the button with the 'shopping bag icon', you will add the product to your online shopping cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or to check out. Perhaps you would like to order a few more products?

Step 2 Address information

You can order with or without an account.

• Do you have an account? Then log in. You can order much faster that way, because your information is entered automatically. Check at Step 2 (address information) whether your information is still valid.
• Do you not yet have an account? Then you can choose to create one. That way, you'll always have an overview of your pending orders, order history, and invoices. Of course, you can also order by entering your information once.

Step 3 Shipment and payment

Your order is always shipped using the 'standard delivery' of DHL or DPD.

Choose your desired payment method, for example: iDEAL, PayPal, MisterCash or Sofort.

You can also pay using a bank transfer. Please note that your order will not be shipped until we have received your payment.

Unfortunately, we do not accept other payment methods, such as coupons, payment in instalment, or wire transfer.

Step 4 Overview: Checking your order

You will now get to see an overview of your order. Check it well. Is everything in order? Then you can send your order if you agree to our general terms and conditions.  

Done!

Congratulations! Your order has been placed, and you will receive an email confirmation of your order. All you have to do now is wait until the courier has delivered your package. In the meantime, we will inform you of the status of your order. You can find your orders and invoices in PDF format at 'my orders' (only if you have an account).
