Spring is the perfect time to give your home or a particular room a makeover. Start with throwing things away, giving them away and keeping them in order. That one pile of papers on the dining table and kitchen cupboards that can only just close? It's time to sort. To create extra storage space, choose one of our knitted baskets that can be used for the living room, bathroom and kitchen.

Change of colours and fabrics

Spring requires different colours and fabrics than winter. For example, dark colours, woollens and velvets are more common in winter. By changing accessories, you can quickly bring the spring feeling into your home, for example with fresh colours and cotton accessories in your interior. And these changes do not have to be expensive, because accessories such as candles, cushions or plaids are mood-setters that you can easily change.

Plants and flowers

Have all your belongings been sorted and winter accessories ended up in the attic? Then it's time for the finishing touches to get your home ready for spring, because spring requires fresh plants and flowers. Do not only pay attention to buying new plants, your balcony or garden also deserves a spring clean. Remove dead plants, clean your garden furniture and make it extra cosy with colourful accessories. For example, a fine knitted plaid and fun cushions should not be missing with your first coffee in the garden.

Organising the wardrobe

(Re)organising a wardrobe can sometimes be a day's work. That's why it's handy to change your clothes every season, because hanging warm knits in your closet during the summer season is not really practical. To keep an overview, you can hang all the clothes by colour, type and/or material. Haven't worn something for more than three months? Then get rid of it!

Tidy up your wardrobe basics

Following the latest trends is fun, but you can combine endlessly with good basics. Therefore, it is useful to make a list of clothes that you can combine in multiple ways. For example, make sure you have a versatile cardigan, such as the Gina cardigan. An extra-long knitted cardigan with a nonchalant style that goes perfectly with a beautiful top, jeans and sturdy boots. Soon the Jasmin pullover that you can wear perfectly in spring will be added to the range!

As you can see, there are so many ways to prepare for spring. Go for it and let your home and yourself shine this spring!
